Before taking the name BIG INVEST GROUP Joint Stock Company, the company was also known as BIG GROUP Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
According to the business registration certificate of the 2nd change dated 18/07/2019, the company was renamed BIG INVEST GROUP Joint Stock Company, main activities in the fields of real estate consulting, brokerage and auction auction of land use rights.

Established on September 2, 2010 with the predecessor Big Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company operating in the field of management and exploitation of rental real estate. On September 29, 2016, it was restructured into BigGroup.
Big Group Joint Stock Company was established with the idea of being an enterprise built on the model of a real estate community with the participation of leading experts from many fields. According to the Business Registration Certificate of the 1st change on May 20, 2019, the Company changed its name to BIG GROUP Real Estate Joint Stock Company with the main business line of real estate consulting and brokerage.

On February 4, 2020, the Company was granted a certificate of operation registration by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City, branch number 0108045831-001 with address at 94 Nguyen Thi Thap, Tan Hung Ward, District 7 , Ho Chi Minh City creates opportunities to develop into the national market and reach out to the international market.
On February 16, 2020, the branch in Ho Chi Minh City was officially opened and put into operation. This is the premise for the company to develop and expand the market in the southern region
The company completed the increase of charter capital to 50 billion dong and changed the business registration according to the new charter capital.
On December 27, 2019, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi City granted the Company the 4th amended business registration certificate with a charter capital of VND 50 billion.
The company continued to change its name to BIG INVEST GROUP Joint Stock Company according to the second changed business registration certificate dated July 18, 2019.
At the same time, in order to serve capital needs to expand production and business activities, the General Meeting of Shareholders unanimously approved the plan to increase charter capital to VND 50 billion by issuing shares to existing shareholders.
